Thanks.

Hi
I thought I’d share a couple of Thank you cards I recently made. They were pretty quick and easy to make using some of my stash - some pretty papers and a few elements.

The first card is made with Anna Marie ‘Garden Blooms’ papers. I’ve used the Swirl Border die by Joy! Crafts, adding 3 tiny hearts along the edge. The ‘Thanks’ die is from Crafters Companion, along with the stamped sentiment which came as a set.

The second card is made with Anna Marie ‘Blissful Cocoa’ papers, and a Kraft card mat. I die cut the Memory Box ‘Catalina Wreath’ die out of Kraft card and added the ‘Thanks’ die on top.

I hope everyone is keeping well and coping in these uncertain times. Stay safe.

It’s Never Too Early.....

Hi
I’m back today sharing another card I made recently....my first Christmas card for 2020. It’s never too early to start making Christmas cards, and I thought if I start now, then hopefully I’ll have enough to send without having to rush out to buy some last minute ones!
I used my new Tim Holtz ‘Flurry #1’ die, which I purchased at the Create It craft show recently. I cut two - one in Kraft card and the other in glitter card, from my stash. I love this pretty die, and as well as making a fabulous snowflake, I think it could be used on non Christmassy cards too. The backing paper is Anna Marie Designs‘Blissful Cocoa’ and the sentiment is from Lili Of The Valley.

Thanks for stopping by.

New die - Double Halo Oval.

Hi
I hope everyone is keeping well, and coping in these uncertain times.
I’ve had a few days off work and made use of the time by doing lots of crafting.
I recently joined a Facebook group organised by Becca Feeken of Amazing Paper Grace.
I absolutely love Becca’s beautiful creations made using her own range of cutting dies along with the Spellbinders range. I have a few Spellbinders dies in my stash, but none specifically by Becca, so I decided to order the Double Halo Oval die to start off my collection.

I’ve used the die as the main focal point of my card. Again I’ve used the Garden Bloom papers by Anna Marie Designs and the Tim Holtz butterfly. The sentiment is from JustRite Stamps.

I hope you like it.
Stay safe everyone.
Hugs to all.

18th Birthday Cards

Hi
I’d like to share a couple of 18th Birthday cards I made recently.
Both totally different in design.

My first card uses the Tim Holtz butterfly and pretty Blissful Cotton papers by Anna Marie Designs.
(I do love her beautiful paper collections)

My second card uses a Lili of the Valley art pad image and sentiment, along with papers I had in my stash.

 Thanks for stopping by.

RSVP Card.

Hi
I needed an RSVP card for a wedding reception, and after searching my local supermarket to find they had none, I decided to make one.
I wanted something pretty and not too fussy, so chose the Tim Holtz detailed butterflies.
Backing papers are again using Anna Marie Garden Blooms, and the top butterfly cut with some glitter card I had in my stash. I used a Spellbinders medallion die as the base to mount my butterfly.

Simple Birthday Card.

Hi
Sharing another card today, using the beautiful Garden Blooms papers by Anna Marie Designs.
I wanted a simply designed Birthday card, using the curved border die for which I’d found inspiration on Pinterest.
The sentiment stamps are both from Lili Of The Valley.

I hope you like it.

Another Mother’s Day Card

Hi
I’m back today sharing the second Mother’s Day card I recently made. Completely different to the first one, this uses a sweet image from Lili Of The Valley, along with one of their sentiment stamps. Again, I’ve used backing papers from the Garden Blooms collection by Anna Marie Designs.

Mother’s Day Card

Hi

As promised, I’m back today sharing one of my recent makes. I really enjoyed making this card, using the beautiful Garden Blooms papers by Anna Marie Designs. I purchased these on my recent trip to Create It at Farnborough and as soon as I saw them I knew I had to have them! I used these with my new butterfly die from Tim Holtz, making them perfect for Mother’s Day cards.
I hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Birthday Girl.

Hi
I’m back again today sharing another card made last year. Tomorrow I will start sharing my recent makes.

This Birthday card uses another image from Lili Of The Valley. I love this image and it was perfect for the recipient. (Apologies for the poor photo quality!)

Hello

Hi
Well, I know I’ve been here before, but after being out of crafting for quite some time - and after longingly staring at my craft stash and willing myself to get back into it - I thought it’s now or never!
I went along to the Create It craft show at Farnborough last weekend, and although I wasn’t there long, I did buy a few things to help me get back into my crafting.
I’ve been making a few new cards which I will share with you soon, but after going through my photos I found a couple, which I made last year, so I thought I’d start by sharing those with you.

The first one is using one of the art pad images and sentiment stamp from Lili Of The Valley. The border stamp is from Inkylicious.

The second one is using stamps and the die from Sugar Pea Designs, and again the border stamp from Inkylicious.

I hope you like them.
As ever, thanks for stopping by.
