Another Mother’s Day Card

Hi
I’m back today sharing the second Mother’s Day card I recently made. Completely different to the first one, this uses a sweet image from Lili Of The Valley, along with one of their sentiment stamps. Again, I’ve used backing papers from the Garden Blooms collection by Anna Marie Designs.

Thanks for stopping by.

Mother’s Day Card

Hi

As promised, I’m back today sharing one of my recent makes. I really enjoyed making this card, using the beautiful Garden Blooms papers by Anna Marie Designs. I purchased these on my recent trip to Create It at Farnborough and as soon as I saw them I knew I had to have them! I used these with my new butterfly die from Tim Holtz, making them perfect for Mother’s Day cards.
I hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Birthday Girl.

Hi
I’m back again today sharing another card made last year. Tomorrow I will start sharing my recent makes.

This Birthday card uses another image from Lili Of The Valley. I love this image and it was perfect for the recipient. (Apologies for the poor photo quality!)

Hello

Hi
Well, I know I’ve been here before, but after being out of crafting for quite some time - and after longingly staring at my craft stash and willing myself to get back into it - I thought it’s now or never!
I went along to the Create It craft show at Farnborough last weekend, and although I wasn’t there long, I did buy a few things to help me get back into my crafting.
I’ve been making a few new cards which I will share with you soon, but after going through my photos I found a couple, which I made last year, so I thought I’d start by sharing those with you.

The first one is using one of the art pad images and sentiment stamp from Lili Of The Valley. The border stamp is from Inkylicious.

The second one is using stamps and the die from Sugar Pea Designs, and again the border stamp from Inkylicious.

I hope you like them.
As ever, thanks for stopping by.

A big Hello and update!

Hi there.
As it's been ages since I've blogged I thought I should update you on my whereabouts! I see my page is still being viewed, for which I am eternally grateful and I can only apologise for not posting sooner.
My crafting mojo has been awol for a long time now and although I did briefly get back in to card making, my heart really wasn't in it! I still regularly browse Pinterest and other crafty blogs and think that I could have a play, yet family time and work keeps me busy and I never find the time. I am now in the unfortunate position of having broken my wrist after slipping on the ice the other day. With my arm in a cast for 6-8 weeks any chance of doing anything crafty has gone right out of the window.
I did manage to make a couple of Christmas cards a few months back, which I shall share a picture of one of them below. Please excuse the picture quality. Its not easy taking photos with one hand and when you're not left handed, lol.
Anyways, I'm hoping that the New Year will see me able to get back to it - once I've had my cast removed.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thanks for stopping by.

More 'Blissful' Papers.

Hi. I would like to share another couple of cards I made using the Blissful papers. As you can probably tell I absolutely love these gorgeous papers. I made a Baby Girl card for new Grandparents and a Birthday card. Hope you like them.

Beautiful Birthday.

Hi. As promised I'm back to share the other card I was making using the beautiful Blissful papers. This card uses the designs from the Teal collection. The Crafter's Companion Sophia die has been cut from glitter card. This glitter card - also from Crafter's Companion - is absolutely gorgeous. It is so smooth and there is no loss of glitter even after running it through your die cutting machine! The flower is from Crafter's Companion too and the stitched flags are from Sue Wilson. The sentiment is from LOTV.
I hope you like it.
