Merry Christmas Eve.

Hi. Just stopping by to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Have had a busy day today making preparations for the big day tomorrow - but am now finally sitting down, relaxing in front of the tv with a glass of Bucks Fizz. Cheers!!
Over the next week I hope to be able to get round to posting my favourite five cards I've made through the year, so please pop by to see them.

Anyway, here's wishing you a lovely day tomorrow - enjoy the festivities!

A Happy Mistake.

Hi. Back again today to share a card I made yesterday. I am really rather pleased with the way it turned out as I made a huge mistake in that the large circle with the inlaid hearts should have in fact been placed behind the rectangle frame! Unfortunately getting carried away I managed to stick it on top - I usually work from the bottom up and as the frame was already assembled I guess it was just a case of doing what I usually do!!! Oh dear, I said to myself ;-) Anyway, I tweaked my original idea of how it would end up and came up with this. I hope you like it as much as I do. A selection of dies have been used again from Sue Wilson, Spellbinders and Memory Box. The snowflake papers are from Lili of the Valley. Thanks for stopping by.

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town......

Hi. Sorry I haven't been posting lately - so much to do and so little time! I can't believe that in 2 weeks time Christmas will be over, time sure does fly. All of a sudden it seems to be upon us and I am still making Christmas cards!! Anyway I wanted to share this card I made using a variety of dies from Sue Wilson, Memory Box and Spellbinders. Its for my Mum to give to my Dad. I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by.

LOTV Polar Bear and Penguin.

Hi. Back again with more Christmas cards to share. Both of these use the same image from one of the LOTV art pads. I found the whitewashed green cardstock in my stash and embossed using Sue Wilsons Frosty Swirls embossing folder. The snowflakes are from Joy Crafts. I hope you like them.

I am still busy making cards and although I was hoping to be able to hold a card sale, I feel that time has passed! (Maybe next year - watch this space!) So for now I shall just enjoy making my cards to send to family and friends :-)

Will be back again soon with more creations to share.

Christmas using LOTV.

Hi. Thought I'd share some more Christmas cards. The first two were made for a client to give to her Daughters. (I've actually made 3 cards for her, but 2 use the same image) The third card was just one I made to put in my stash! All 3 use images from LOTV - the first two from the older topper sheets, and the third from one of the art pads. The embossing folder used on all of them is from Sue Wilson, along with her filigree poinsettia die. The snowflakes are by Joy Crafts. Hope you like them.

Sparkle and Shine.

Hi. As promised I'm back to share a couple of Christmas cards I've made. I had to double check that I hadn't already shown the first card, as I was really pleased with how it turned out and don't know why I never got round to blogging it! Anyway, for this first card I used dies from Sue Wilson's Festive Collection. The filigree poinsettias are a favourite of mine, and I have also used them on the second card along with The Memory Box Catalina Wreath. I hope you like them.

I had a lovely surprise the other day, when I was browsing through Facebook. Some of my cards appeared on setcraft.co.uk Facebook page along with a lovely comment and link here to my blog. Big thanks to them :-) Since then I have had quite a few visitors, which is very much appreciated. It's lovely to know that people are taking the time to come by and have a look :-) Please feel free to leave me a comment and start following me.
